Nội dung phim

Anime được chuyển thể từ game và nội dung game gốc xoay quanh một môn thể thao tên là Stride, bao gồm 1 đội 6 người chạy tiếp sức xung quanh thành phố. Học viện Honan và nhiều trường khác sẽ cùng tham gia tranh tài tại giải Stride miền đông Nhật Bản. Series sẽ xoay quanh câu lạc bộ Stride tại trường Honan. Học sinh năm nhất Takeru Fujiwara và Nana Sakurai có định khởi tạo lại câu lạc bộ, nhưng cần phải tuyển đủ 6 người. Họ mời Riku Yagami tham gia, nhưng cậu ta từ chối vì không muốn chơi Stride. Tuy nhiên, Takeru và Nana đã kéo Riku tới phòng của câu lạc bộ và thuyết phục cậu ta.
